وَجَٓاءَ فِرْعَوْنُ وَمَنْ قَبْلَهُ وَالْمُؤْتَفِكَاتُ بِالْخَاطِئَةِۚ ٩

Transliteration
9Vecâe firʿavnü vemen ḳablehû velmüʾtefikâtü bilḫâṭieh.
English Translation
9Pharaoh, those before him, and many others, like the people of Lot whose towns were turned upside down, came and went. All of them were steeped in sin.
