بِسْمِ اللّٰهِ الرَّحْمٰنِ الرَّح۪يمِ
In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most MercifulAl-'Asr 1–2
2 versesوَالْعَصْرِۙ ١ اِنَّ الْاِنْسَانَ لَف۪ي خُسْرٍۙ ٢
Mushaf
Transliteration
1Velʿaṣr.
2İnne-lʾinsâne lefî ḫusr.
Verses 1–2
By time, which flows away never to return: those who turn away from the divine call that is the reason for your creation are in a state of loss.
Al-'Asr 3
1 verseاِلَّا الَّذ۪ينَ اٰمَنُوا وَعَمِلُوا الصَّالِحَاتِ وَتَوَاصَوْا بِالْحَقِّ وَتَوَاصَوْا بِالصَّبْرِ ٣
Mushaf
Transliteration
3İlle-lleẕîne âmenû veʿamilu-ṣṣâliḥâti vetevâṣav bilḥaḳḳi vetevâṣav biṣṣabr.
Verse 3
Those who believe that Allah must be at the center of life and remain steadfast in their faith, who invite people to the truth and to the righteous deeds (what is good) that it requires, and who use the time given to them for this cause will attain salvation and be rewarded.
