وَالسَّمَٓاءَ رَفَعَهَا وَوَضَعَ الْم۪يزَانَۙ ٧

Transliteration
7Vessemâe rafeʿahâ veveḍaʿa-lmîzân.
English Translation
7He raised the sky and established in the universe an unfailing balance and order.
