بِسْمِ اللّٰهِ الرَّحْمٰنِ الرَّح۪يمِ

بَلٰى قَادِر۪ينَ عَلٰٓى اَنْ نُسَوِّيَ بَنَانَهُ ٤

Transliteration
4Belâ ḳâdirîne ʿalâ en nüsevviye benâneh.
English Translation
4On the contrary, We are able to reshape him and restore him to his former state, down to the lines on his fingertips.
