بِسْمِ اللّٰهِ الرَّحْمٰنِ الرَّح۪يمِ
In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most MercifulVerses 1–5
5 versesAl-Bayyinah 5
وَمَٓا اُمِرُٓوا اِلَّا لِيَعْبُدُوا اللّٰهَ مُخْلِص۪ينَ لَهُ الدّ۪ينَ حُنَفَٓاءَ وَيُق۪يمُوا الصَّلٰوةَ وَيُؤْتُوا الزَّكٰوةَ وَذٰلِكَ د۪ينُ الْقَيِّمَةِۜ ٥
Mushaf
Transliteration
5Vemâ ümirû illâ liyaʿbüdü-llâhe muḫliṣîne lehü-ddîne ḥunefâe veyüḳîmu-ṣṣalâte veyüʾtü-zzekâte veẕâlike dînü-lḳayyimeh.
English Translation
5Yet they were commanded only to serve Allah as hanifs/people untainted by shirk, devoting their religion/lives to Allah alone, to perform the prayer, and to give zakat. This is the value system of humankind/the upright religion.
