مِنْ فِرْعَوْنَۜ اِنَّهُ كَانَ عَالِيًا مِنَ الْمُسْرِف۪ينَ ٣١

31Min firʿavn. innehû kâne ʿâliyem mine-lmüsrifîn.
English Translation
31that is, from Pharaoh. For he was a tyrant with no regard for anyone's rights.
