اِلَّا مَنْ رَحِمَ اللّٰهُۜ اِنَّهُ هُوَ الْعَز۪يزُ الرَّح۪يمُ۟ ٤٢

Transliteration
42İllâ mer raḥime-llâh. innehû hüve-lʿazîzü-rraḥîm.
English Translation
42except those on whom Allah has mercy. Surely it is He whose power is infinite and whose mercy has no limit.
