فَسَخَّرْنَا لَهُ الرّ۪يحَ تَجْر۪ي بِاَمْرِه۪ رُخَٓاءً حَيْثُ اَصَابَۙ ٣٦

Transliteration
36Feseḫḫarnâ lehü-rrîḥa tecrî biemrih ruḫâen ḥayŝü eṣâb.
English Translation
36Thereupon We placed the wind at his service, so that by his command the winds would readily blow wherever he wished.
