بِسْمِ اللّٰهِ الرَّحْمٰنِ الرَّح۪يمِ

تَنَزَّلُ الْمَلٰٓئِكَةُ وَالرُّوحُ ف۪يهَا بِاِذْنِ رَبِّهِمْۚ مِنْ كُلِّ اَمْرٍۙۛ ٤

4Tenezzelü-lmelâiketü verrûḥu fîhâ biiẕni rabbihim. min külli emr.
English Translation
4On that night the angels descend together with the Ruh/revelation. By their Lord's permission, concerning every area of life,
