اَلَّذ۪ينَ هُمْ عَلٰى صَلَاتِهِمْ دَٓائِمُونَۖ ٢٣

Transliteration
23Elleẕîne hüm ʿalâ ṣalâtihim dâimûn.
English Translation
23They are attentive and constant in their prayers/their turning to Allah.
