اَلَّذ۪ي خَلَقَكَ فَسَوّٰيكَ فَعَدَلَكَۙ ٧

Transliteration
7Elleẕî ḫaleḳake fesevvâke feʿadelek.
English Translation
7He who created you, fashioned you in keeping with the purpose of your creation, and gave you a balanced makeup.
