رَفَعَ سَمْكَهَا فَسَوّٰيهَاۙ ٢٨

Transliteration
28Rafeʿa semkehâ fesevvâhâ.
English Translation
28He raised it high in such a way that (the heavenly bodies within it) swim, and gave it a perfect shape and order.
