بِسْمِ اللّٰهِ الرَّحْمٰنِ الرَّح۪يمِ

اِنَّ الَّذ۪ينَ اَجْرَمُوا كَانُوا مِنَ الَّذ۪ينَ اٰمَنُوا يَضْحَكُونَۘ ٢٩

Transliteration
29İnne-lleẕîne ecramû kânû mine-lleẕîne âmenû yaḍḥakûn.
English Translation
29Yes, those sunk in the swamp of sin used to laugh at those who believed.
