فَقَرَاَهُ عَلَيْهِمْ مَا كَانُوا بِه۪ مُؤْمِن۪ينَۜ ١٩٩

Transliteration
199Feḳaraʾehû ʿaleyhim mâ kânû bihî müʾminîn.
English Translation
199and had he recited this message to them, they would not have believed in it, saying they could not understand it.
